Separate Personal Data Processing Consent

1.1. The contracting party and personal data operator is Divine LLC, Russia (ООО «Дивайн», DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030. Address: apartment 37, building 24, Severo-Zapad 2 quarter, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, 456234, Russia. General Director Gleb Stanislavovich Chashchikhin acts under the Charter. 1.2. The confirming individual separately authorises processing only of their data and for purposes listed in the displayed consent form. Consent is separate from offer acceptance and reading the policy; Join does not create publication or advertising consent. A representative identifies actual authority.

2.1. For handling an enquiry: supplied name, email, selected contact and message. Permitted operations are collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use to respond, restriction, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. Payout-recipient data, identity documents and public dissemination are not automatically added. Another purpose requires its own basis and specific list.

3.1. Data is retained during the offer and until DMG has fulfilled its obligations, but no longer than necessary for the relevant purpose. Statutory accounting, tax and other retention requirements have their own legal basis. Once a purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires retention; disputed material is retained only on an actual basis. Backups have restricted access and a separate deletion cycle; removal from the live cabinet is not represented as immediate deletion of every copy.

3.2. Consent may be withdrawn through the cabinet or legal@divinemusicgroup.net. Relevant processors and transfers are disclosed before a specific consent is recorded. Optional consent is not preselected or replaced by a general contract checkbox.
