Pilot Marketplace Rules

1.1. The contracting party and personal data operator is Divine LLC, Russia (ООО «Дивайн», DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030. Address: apartment 37, building 24, Severo-Zapad 2 quarter, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, 456234, Russia. General Director Gleb Stanislavovich Chashchikhin acts under the Charter. 1.2. Users contract with each other. DMG provides the platform and service but does not automatically become the seller, provider or guarantor of another user's output. Before confirmation the order identifies seller or provider, buyer, subject matter, rights, price, schedule, delivery, claims and refunds. Necessary counterparty details are disclosed lawfully.

2.1. The pilot DMG fee is 5% of the transaction amount. Before confirmation, the order specifies who pays it, its amount, funds flow, available payment method, collection point and cancellation treatment. No payment proceeds until these parameters are displayed and accepted. Distribution 70/30 or synchronisation 50/50 percentages are not added. The 5% fee does not automatically apply to DMG's own marketing services.

3.1. The seller or provider establishes authority to deliver the result. Licence or assignment scope is specific to the deal; listing an offer does not transfer buyer rights. Parties retain messages, outputs and proof; DMG handles platform-rule complaints without removing mandatory remedies. Funds collection, agency or escrow is not assumed without an actual agreed order mechanism.
