Content Rights Complaints

1.1. The contracting party and personal data operator is Divine LLC, Russia (ООО «Дивайн», DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030. Address: apartment 37, building 24, Severo-Zapad 2 quarter, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, 456234, Russia. General Director Gleb Stanislavovich Chashchikhin acts under the Charter. 1.2. A right holder or authorised representative may submit through the cabinet or legal@divinemusicgroup.net the object and disputed publication, claimed right, authority, requested remedy and contact. Only necessary evidence is supplied. Unfounded claims and knowingly false information are prohibited.

2.1. DMG records the complaint, reviews authority and relevant evidence, restricts disputed use when appropriate and requests the other party's explanation subject to law and platform rules. Notice does not automatically establish infringement and a response does not remove judicial remedies. Foreign special procedures apply separately to the relevant platform and basis without substituting the US company for the Russian party.

3.1. No registration, cabinet, licence agreement or advertising consent is required to write to legal@divinemusicgroup.net. Identify a reply contact, the specific object and publication, right, representative authority, requested remedy and necessary evidence. DMG acknowledges receipt and seeks missing information; a complaint is not an automatic final finding of infringement.
