v2026-10-15-70-30 · Divine Music Group Inc., Delaware, USA · 2026-10-15
1. Introduction
Divine Music Group respects copyright, neighboring rights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights.
This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy explains how DMG receives, reviews and responds to claims that content made available through the platform infringes intellectual property rights.
This Policy applies globally across all territories in which DMG operates or distributes content.
DMG acts as an intermediary service provider and relies on user-submitted information. DMG does not actively monitor all content and is not responsible for infringing content uploaded by users.
2. Respect for Intellectual Property
Users may upload only content they own or are fully authorized to use, distribute, monetize and administer.
This applies to sound recordings, music videos, artwork, cover images, lyrics, metadata, performer names, brand elements, biographies and any other related content or intellectual property.
DMG may remove, restrict, disable or refuse content where it reasonably believes that the content infringes intellectual property rights, violates platform rules or creates legal, operational or reputational risk.
3. Submitting a Complaint (Notice)
If you believe that content distributed, hosted or administered through DMG infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written complaint to DMG.
A complaint must be submitted by the rights holder or by a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
DMG may refuse to act on incomplete, unclear, unsupported or abusive complaints.
4. Required Information in Complaint
To be effective, a complaint should include all information reasonably necessary for DMG to identify the claimant, the rights at issue and the allegedly infringing content.
- The full legal name of the rights holder.
- The name and authority of the person submitting the complaint, if acting on behalf of the rights holder.
- A clear description of the copyrighted or intellectual property material claimed to be infringed.
- A clear description of the allegedly infringing content.
- Links, URLs, platform references or release identifiers sufficient to identify the content.
- Relevant identifiers where available, including ISRC, UPC, release title, artist name or other catalog data.
- A statement describing the claimant’s rights in the material.
- Contact details, including email address and any other relevant contact information.
- A statement made in good faith that the complained-of use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is the rights holder or is authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.
5. DMG Response Process
Upon receiving a complaint, DMG may review the notice, request additional information, compare available platform records, consult internal compliance teams and take any action DMG considers reasonably appropriate.
DMG may request supporting materials, including ownership documentation, agreements, registrations, chain-of-title evidence or additional identifiers before taking action.
DMG does not guarantee any specific timeframe for review, response or resolution of complaints.
- Remove content.
- Disable access to content.
- Suspend or restrict distribution.
- Suspend or restrict account functionality.
- Place revenue or payouts on hold.
- Notify the user who submitted the content.
- Share relevant information with affected Third-Party Platforms.
- Escalate the matter to legal, compliance or anti-fraud review.
6. Takedown Procedure
If DMG determines that a complaint is facially credible, sufficiently supported or otherwise requires action, DMG may take down, disable, restrict or stop distributing the content while the matter is reviewed.
DMG may also remove metadata, disable monetization, prevent redelivery, block future submissions of the same or related content, suspend releases connected to the disputed rights and apply account-level restrictions.
Takedown action may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary to comply with law, platform rules, rights protection requirements or risk controls.
DMG shall not be liable for any removal, disabling, restriction or takedown of content carried out in good faith under this Policy.
DMG does not guarantee any specific timeframe for review, response or resolution of complaints.
7. Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed, disabled or restricted as a result of a complaint, you may submit a counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification should include your full legal name and contact details, identification of the content removed or restricted, relevant release or identifier information, a statement explaining why you believe you have the necessary rights or authority, supporting documentation reasonably sufficient to support your claim, and a statement made in good faith that the complaint was mistaken, misidentified or otherwise unsupported.
Submission of a counter-notification does not guarantee reinstatement.
DMG may review the counter-notification, request further evidence, maintain the restriction, restore the content, escalate the matter to the original complainant, or refer the matter to Third-Party Platforms or legal review.
DMG may require clear documentary proof of ownership, license or authority before restoring content.
DMG may require a court order or legal determination before restoring disputed content.
DMG is under no obligation to restore content following a complaint or counter-notification.
8. Repeat Infringers
DMG maintains a policy of taking action against repeat infringers.
Where a user repeatedly uploads infringing content, repeatedly triggers valid complaints, repeatedly submits unauthorized materials, or repeatedly engages in evasive or abusive conduct, DMG may suspend the account, permanently terminate the account, remove associated content, deny future access to the platform or refuse future distribution or administration services.
DMG may determine repeat infringement status in its reasonable discretion based on complaint history, platform reports, user conduct and related risk indicators.
9. Misuse of the Process
The complaint process must not be used abusively.
False, misleading, bad-faith or abusive complaints may expose the complaining party to legal responsibility for damages, costs, losses or other consequences under applicable law.
False counter-notifications, forged documents, deceptive ownership claims or fabricated rights evidence may result in rejection of the counter-notification, continued takedown or restriction, payout holds, account suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to Third-Party Platforms or appropriate authorities.
DMG reserves the right to take action against any misuse of this process.
10. Contact Information
Copyright and intellectual property complaints should be sent to DMG through the designated legal or compliance contact channel made available on the platform or website.
Email: legal@divinemusicgroup.net
A complaint should be submitted in writing and include all required information listed in this Policy.
DMG may update contact details, submission procedures or operational requirements from time to time. The latest process published by DMG will apply.
Version, operator and actual service availability
Version 2026-10-15-70-30; operator: Divine Music Group Inc., Delaware, USA. New acceptance is explicit and recorded with the document version and content fingerprint. Earlier texts and acceptance history remain separate. A language change is not a change of contracting company.
The Russian branch is a separate inactive draft for ООО «Дивайн», INN 7404072540, OGRN 1207400004030, pending confirmation of company details, legal conditions, tax treatment and data infrastructure. It is not activated by registration or by choosing Russian as the interface language.
Manual payout requests reserve a gross recipient reward. Approval is not payment. A completed external transfer requires separate administrator confirmation. Any applicable tax withholding and an explicitly configured withdrawal fee are shown separately from the net transfer; an unknown amount is not treated as zero. RUB and USD are separate; no automatic exchange is performed. Current request thresholds are 3000 RUB and 50 USD, subject to an actually supported and reviewed payment method.
Profiles, documents, automated payment providers and country selection do not by themselves establish tax residence, beneficial ownership or payment readiness. Private documents and recipient versions must be checked. A required NPD receipt is handled after actual receipt of the income, not as proof of a transfer that has not occurred.
The service currently uses Supabase, Cloudflare and an SMTP transport. Exact processing and storage regions, retention and transfer safeguards must be confirmed for each applicable operator and purpose. An AI feature receives only authorized compact aggregates when separately enabled; no new AI generation is enabled by accepting these documents.
