1. Zero-tolerance standard
Fraud harms artists, rights holders, listeners, DSPs and the wider music ecosystem. DMG uses contractual, technical and operational controls to prevent, detect and respond to manipulation, abuse and misrepresentation.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all accounts, users, uploads, payouts, metadata and related activity across DMG services.
You remain responsible for agencies, marketers, managers, labels, subcontractors, sub-labels, promoters and any other third party acting on your behalf.
3. Fraud definitions
- Fraudulent Activity: any conduct intended to manipulate streams, reporting, royalties, payouts, platform acceptance or commercial outcomes.

- Misrepresentation of Rights: uploading or exploiting content without the rights, licenses, permissions or authority required.
- Payout Fraud: false identity, tax or banking information, concealment of beneficial ownership, or any attempt to redirect or inflate payouts improperly.

- Manipulating charts, rankings or platform signals.
- Using agencies or subcontractors to carry out prohibited conduct.
- Repeated evasion after enforcement action.
5. Detection and monitoring
DMG may detect and investigate fraud through internal algorithms, DSP reports, third-party anti-fraud services, metadata review, payout analysis, manual audits and account or platform behavior review.
6. Investigations
Where suspicious activity is identified, DMG may investigate without prior notice. Users may be required to provide explanations, supporting documents and compliance materials.
DMG may suspend royalty payments for up to 180 days while an investigation is ongoing.
7. Financial enforcement
Fraud-linked revenue is not payable. DMG may hold, withhold, deny, reverse or reclaim funds where activity is fraudulent, unauthorized, deceptive or otherwise non-compliant.

Fraud reported by DSPs may apply directly to the related DMG account and content.
10. User duties
- Provide accurate account, rights and payout information.
- Upload only authorized content.

Version, operator and actual service availability
Version 2026-10-15-70-30; operator: Divine Music Group Inc., Delaware, USA. New acceptance is explicit and recorded with the document version and content fingerprint. Earlier texts and acceptance history remain separate. A language change is not a change of contracting company.
The Russian branch is a separate inactive draft for ООО «Дивайн», INN 7404072540, OGRN 1207400004030, pending confirmation of company details, legal conditions, tax treatment and data infrastructure. It is not activated by registration or by choosing Russian as the interface language.
Manual payout requests reserve a gross recipient reward. Approval is not payment. A completed external transfer requires separate administrator confirmation. Any applicable tax withholding and an explicitly configured withdrawal fee are shown separately from the net transfer; an unknown amount is not treated as zero. RUB and USD are separate; no automatic exchange is performed. Current request thresholds are 3000 RUB and 50 USD, subject to an actually supported and reviewed payment method.
Profiles, documents, automated payment providers and country selection do not by themselves establish tax residence, beneficial ownership or payment readiness. Private documents and recipient versions must be checked. A required NPD receipt is handled after actual receipt of the income, not as proof of a transfer that has not occurred.
The service currently uses Supabase, Cloudflare and an SMTP transport. Exact processing and storage regions, retention and transfer safeguards must be confirmed for each applicable operator and purpose. An AI feature receives only authorized compact aggregates when separately enabled; no new AI generation is enabled by accepting these documents.
