1. Controllers and contact details
Controller: Divine Music Group Inc., Delaware, USA, legal@divinemusicgroup.net.
Website: www.divinemusicgroup.net.
2. International privacy framework
DMG operates internationally and applies a multi-jurisdiction privacy approach, including principles reflected in GDPR, CCPA, Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ and applicable international best practices.
DMG does not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Categories of data we process

- Music metadata and DDEX-related data such as author, performer, rights holder, ISWC, ISRC, UPC, IPI, license information and release or track identifiers.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, DMG processes personal data on the basis of consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests.
Processing may include collection, storage, organization, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means.
5. Purposes of processing
- Account registration, authentication and account administration.
- Contract performance and service delivery.
- Distribution of music and video content.
- DDEX handling, metadata management and rights administration.
- Royalty reporting, payouts, payment verification and financial operations.
- Support, service communications and platform notifications.
- Analytics, service improvement and product performance review.
- Rights protection, moderation, security and fraud prevention.
- Marketing communications where consent is required and given.
6. Sharing and disclosure
DMG may share personal data where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, comply with law or deliver services.
- DSPs and content platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and others.
- Payment providers, banks and payout processors.
- Configured cloud and infrastructure providers, currently Supabase and Cloudflare, with access limited to the relevant service purpose.
- Optional analytics or advertising providers only when separately configured and subject to the applicable consent; their inclusion here is not a statement that they are active.
- Compliance, anti-fraud, legal and professional advisors.
- Government authorities, regulators, courts or law enforcement where legally required.
7. International transfers
The current service uses Supabase, Cloudflare and an SMTP transport. Actual storage and processing regions must be verified against those configurations; no Russian storage location is represented as established by this document.
The applicable legal basis and safeguards for an international transfer must be established for the actual operator, recipients and countries. This policy does not certify a particular storage region or the execution of a specific transfer agreement. Russian operator documents and infrastructure require separate review before activation.
Russian data-localization, notification and international-transfer requirements remain a separate pre-activation review for the inactive Russian branch. This text does not assert that those requirements have already been completed.
8. Storage, retention and security
DMG uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, monitoring, role-based restrictions, service provider controls and encryption where appropriate. No system can guarantee absolute security.
DMG retains data only as long as reasonably necessary for account management, distribution and royalty operations, fraud prevention, legal and tax compliance, contract enforcement, dispute resolution and audit or security needs.
10. Your rights
DMG generally processes verified privacy requests within 30 calendar days, subject to legal exceptions and operational complexity.
- Access to personal data.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
- Withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis.
- Restriction or objection in certain circumstances.
- Portability where applicable.
- Certain CCPA-style rights concerning categories of data collected or disclosed.
- Complaint to a supervisory authority or regulator.
11. Minors
DMG is not intended for persons under 16, or any higher age required by local law. Where local law allows a lower age threshold, the service is not intended for users under 13.
If DMG becomes aware of unlawful collection from a child, it may remove the data and restrict the related account.
12. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and related personal data. Some data may still be retained for contractual, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, enforcement or dispute-resolution reasons.
13. Changes to this policy
DMG may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website or within the service. Material changes may also be communicated by email or through the platform where required.
Version, operator and actual service availability
Version 2026-10-15-70-30; operator: Divine Music Group Inc., Delaware, USA. New acceptance is explicit and recorded with the document version and content fingerprint. Earlier texts and acceptance history remain separate. A language change is not a change of contracting company.
The Russian branch is a separate inactive draft for ООО «Дивайн», INN 7404072540, OGRN 1207400004030, pending confirmation of company details, legal conditions, tax treatment and data infrastructure. It is not activated by registration or by choosing Russian as the interface language.
Manual payout requests reserve a gross recipient reward. Approval is not payment. A completed external transfer requires separate administrator confirmation. Any applicable tax withholding and an explicitly configured withdrawal fee are shown separately from the net transfer; an unknown amount is not treated as zero. RUB and USD are separate; no automatic exchange is performed. Current request thresholds are 3000 RUB and 50 USD, subject to an actually supported and reviewed payment method.
Profiles, documents, automated payment providers and country selection do not by themselves establish tax residence, beneficial ownership or payment readiness. Private documents and recipient versions must be checked. A required NPD receipt is handled after actual receipt of the income, not as proof of a transfer that has not occurred.
The service currently uses Supabase, Cloudflare and an SMTP transport. Exact processing and storage regions, retention and transfer safeguards must be confirmed for each applicable operator and purpose. An AI feature receives only authorized compact aggregates when separately enabled; no new AI generation is enabled by accepting these documents.
