Separately Ordered Marketing Terms

1.1. The contracting party and personal data operator is Divine LLC, Russia (ООО «Дивайн», DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030. 1.2. Advertising, promotion, billboards, media facades and other marketing services are paid separately. Before confirmation and payment, the order identifies the provider, scope, deliverables and placements, schedule, advertising budget, fee, total price and cancellation terms. Cards, SBP and other methods are available only if actually connected and displayed by the gateway. General terms do not create a paid order.

2.1. The order defines materials, rights, channels, approvals and proof of performance: placements, dates, available reports and actual budget use. Changes to scope, schedule or price are agreed before extra expenditure. Plays, income and playlists are not guaranteed absent a specific lawful order obligation. Manipulation remains prohibited regardless of payment.

3.1. Cancellation is requested through the cabinet or order channel. The provider records completed work and documented attributable costs; unused amounts are returned while preserving mandatory customer rights. No blanket ‘all payments non-refundable’ rule applies. Grounds, amount and refund procedure are communicated and disputed deductions may be challenged. Costs are not deducted from royalties without separate confirmation.
