1. Overview
This Payout Policy explains how Divine Music Group calculates, reports, withholds, processes and pays earnings through the DMG platform.
This Policy applies to all users receiving royalty statements, balances or payouts through DMG, including artists, labels, rights holders and other account holders using DMG distribution and related services.
This Policy operates together with the applicable Terms of Use, Distribution Agreement, Anti-Fraud Policy and other platform rules or compliance requirements.
2. Earnings and Net Receipts
Payouts are made only from amounts actually received by DMG.
For purposes of this Policy, Net Receipts means monies actually collected by DMG from DSPs, Third-Party Platforms, sublicensees, monetization partners or other counterparties, less applicable deductions, including payment processing charges, banking fees, withholding taxes, chargebacks, refunds, currency conversion costs, platform deductions, penalties, fraud-related adjustments and other deductions or offsets permitted under applicable platform documents.
If DMG has not actually received funds, no payout is owed.
DMG does not advance royalties, guarantee revenue or make payments based on projected, estimated or accrued amounts that have not been received.
3. Reporting and Timing
Royalty reporting is dependent on data and payment cycles of DSPs, platforms, stores, monetization providers and other third parties.
Reporting may be delayed for operational, technical, compliance, platform or accounting reasons. Third-Party Platforms may report and pay with substantial lag.
Statements may appear after the relevant usage period, earnings may post in later reporting cycles, and reported amounts may be updated, corrected or reversed after initial display.
DMG does not control the reporting schedules of Third-Party Platforms and is not responsible for reporting delays outside its reasonable control.
DMG does not guarantee any specific payout schedule, timing or frequency of payments.
4. Payout Eligibility
A payout becomes eligible only when all applicable payout conditions are satisfied.
DMG may apply a configurable minimum payout threshold. Amounts below the active threshold may remain in the user’s account until the threshold is met or otherwise addressed under platform rules.
- Actual receipt of funds by DMG.
- Completion of account verification requirements.
- Valid payout details on file.
- Compliance with anti-fraud, moderation and platform rules.
- Completion of KYC, AML, tax or banking checks where required.
- Satisfaction of any minimum payout threshold set by DMG from time to time.
5. Payment Methods
DMG may issue payouts by bank transfer or by any other payment method made available through the platform.
Available payout methods may vary by country, currency, banking availability, provider support, compliance status or operational constraints.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payout details are accurate, complete and current.
DMG is not responsible for delays, failures or losses caused by banks, payment providers or intermediary financial institutions.
6. Fees and Deductions
Payouts may be reduced by fees, deductions and offsets that apply to the relevant revenue or payment workflow.
You bear all fees, charges and deductions attributable to your payout unless DMG expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
You are not entitled to any interest on balances held in your account.
- Bank charges.
- Intermediary bank fees.
- Payment processor fees.
- Currency conversion charges.
- Withholding taxes.
- Platform fees.
- Chargebacks and refunds.
- Compliance-related costs where applicable.
- Fraud-related deductions.
- Penalties, reversals or recoupments imposed by Third-Party Platforms or partners.
7. Holds, Delays and Restrictions
DMG may delay, suspend, freeze, hold, restrict or refuse payouts at any time where reasonably necessary.
This may occur in connection with fraud or suspected fraud, streaming manipulation, rights disputes, copyright or ownership claims, DSP penalties, invalid traffic, unusual account activity, chargebacks, reversals, KYC or AML review, tax documentation issues, errors or inconsistencies in records, legal or regulatory review, platform investigations, sanctions screening, operational concerns or security concerns.
DMG may suspend or hold royalty payments for a period of up to 180 days, or longer where reasonably necessary, in connection with fraud reviews, compliance reviews, disputes, platform investigations or related risk events.
DMG may block or delay payouts to comply with applicable laws, sanctions, regulatory requirements or internal risk policies.
During a hold period, funds may remain unavailable for withdrawal, payout or transfer.
DMG may take any of the actions described in this Policy without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
8. Fraud, Adjustments and Reversals
DMG may adjust statements, reverse earnings, cancel payouts, reclaim amounts already paid and offset future balances where revenue is later found to be invalid, unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise not properly payable.
This includes cases involving artificial streams, fake engagement, invalid traffic, metadata fraud, unauthorized content, payout fraud, identity fraud, platform reversals, chargebacks, refunds, rights disputes and enforcement by DSPs or monetization partners.
Fraud-linked or invalid revenue is not payable.
Your account balance may become negative as a result of reversals, chargebacks, penalties or other adjustments. You remain responsible for such negative balance, and DMG may offset it against future earnings or require repayment.
- Recalculation of revenue.
- Reversal of previously reported earnings.
- Cancellation of pending payouts.
- Recovery of sums already paid.
- Deduction of losses, penalties, legal costs or partner charges.
- Offset against future earnings or future payouts.
9. Taxes
You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, reporting obligations and filings arising from payments received through DMG.
DMG may request tax forms, taxpayer identification information, beneficial ownership information or other tax-related documentation before enabling payouts.
Where required by law, DMG may apply withholding, reporting or compliance measures in connection with your account and payouts.
Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in payout delay, withholding or suspension.
10. Currency and Conversion
Revenue may be reported, received or paid in different currencies.
Where conversion is required, DMG or its payment providers may apply exchange rates, banking spreads, processor conversion rates or other currency handling adjustments at the time of receipt, statementing or payout.
DMG is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations, bank conversion losses or currency-related reductions caused by external providers or financial institutions.
11. Account Issues
DMG may restrict or disable payout access where there are unresolved account issues.
You may not attempt to bypass payout restrictions through alternate accounts, substituted payees, false information or any other workaround.
- Incomplete onboarding.
- Missing identity or banking documents.
- Account security concerns.
- Duplicate or conflicting account information.
- Compliance flags.
- Fraud review.
- Unpaid offsets or negative balances.
- Violation of platform rules.
- Suspended or terminated account status.
12. Finality of Reports
DMG may rely entirely on statements, reports and payment data received from DSPs, Third-Party Platforms, monetization systems, payment providers and related counterparties.
For purposes of accounting and payout processing, such reports may be treated as authoritative, reported figures may be corrected or revised if upstream data changes, and reports and statements are considered final and binding unless DMG determines that correction is required.
DMG is not responsible for the actions, policies, reporting practices, monetization decisions or payment delays of Third-Party Platforms.
Content monetization, reporting and payout timing remain dependent on those third-party systems and decisions.
Version, operator and actual service availability
Version 2026-10-15-70-30; operator: Divine Music Group Inc., Delaware, USA. New acceptance is explicit and recorded with the document version and content fingerprint. Earlier texts and acceptance history remain separate. A language change is not a change of contracting company.
The Russian branch is a separate inactive draft for ООО «Дивайн», INN 7404072540, OGRN 1207400004030, pending confirmation of company details, legal conditions, tax treatment and data infrastructure. It is not activated by registration or by choosing Russian as the interface language.
Manual payout requests reserve a gross recipient reward. Approval is not payment. A completed external transfer requires separate administrator confirmation. Any applicable tax withholding and an explicitly configured withdrawal fee are shown separately from the net transfer; an unknown amount is not treated as zero. RUB and USD are separate; no automatic exchange is performed. Current request thresholds are 3000 RUB and 50 USD, subject to an actually supported and reviewed payment method.
Profiles, documents, automated payment providers and country selection do not by themselves establish tax residence, beneficial ownership or payment readiness. Private documents and recipient versions must be checked. A required NPD receipt is handled after actual receipt of the income, not as proof of a transfer that has not occurred.
The service currently uses Supabase, Cloudflare and an SMTP transport. Exact processing and storage regions, retention and transfer safeguards must be confirmed for each applicable operator and purpose. An AI feature receives only authorized compact aggregates when separately enabled; no new AI generation is enabled by accepting these documents.
