DMG Terms of Use ООО «Дивайн» Edition of 21 October 2026. Divine LLC (Russia). Russian is the original. 1. Parties and scope 1.1. Divine LLC (DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030, provides the website and cabinet for music-catalogue management and related services. Address: apartment 37, building 24, Severo-Zapad 2 quarter, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, 456234, Russia. General Director Gleb Stanislavovich Chashchikhin acts under the Charter. Contact: legal@divinemusicgroup.net. 1.2. These Terms govern website and cabinet functions. Music rights, collective administration, synchronisation and accounting follow the separate Licence Agreement; these Terms grant no such rights. The Privacy Policy applies independently of a licence. Data, likeness and promotional-material permissions are separate. 2. Application, registration and authority 2.1. Any visitor may submit Join. An application creates no active cabinet. DMG reviews and approves or declines it; approval is followed by a protected invitation to the identified recipient. Users register, confirm email and complete initial setup. Selling invitations, bypassing approval or using another's identity confers no access. 2.2. Users act personally or for a party they may represent, provide accurate information and substantiate authority when requested. Labels may manage owned or lawfully administered catalogues and work with partners, but label status authorises neither signing for every artist nor sharing a personal password. DMG determines roles and access within actual authority. 3. Security and electronic confirmation 3.1. Users keep passwords and verification means confidential, do not share them and promptly report compromise to support. Access to others' data, bypassing checks, malicious code and unauthorised disruption are prohibited. Recovery verifies the recipient; users do not give passwords to staff. 3.2. Explicit confirmation after sign-in is bound to the signer account, party, authority, time and retained text. Subject to law, the parties recognise personal sign-in credentials as a simple electronic signature key; users keep them confidential and report loss. This displaces neither mandatory signature formalities nor representative-authority checks. Viewing, sign-in and continued use do not replace explicit confirmation of a new edition. 4. Uploads and moderation 4.1. Users submit accurate files, metadata, credits and rights information meeting selected-platform requirements. Infringement, unlawful content, impersonation, misleading information and malicious attachments are prohibited. AI involvement and required characteristics are disclosed in designated fields. File receipt is not release approval, proof of rights or guaranteed placement. 4.2. DMG checks completeness, technical characteristics, metadata, available rights grounds and platform requirements. Returns may result from incorrect format/file, incomplete credits, title/artwork mismatch, missing authority, disputed rights or specific placement-rule failures. Status, reasons and required corrections are communicated in the cabinet or contact message. Users remedy issues and resubmit; changed material is reviewed again. Timing depends on completeness and partner responses. No fixed approval deadline or mandatory release is guaranteed. 4.3. Users disputing a remark send the release identifier, explanation and relevant evidence to support. DMG considers these and communicates the next action. Platforms perform their own review; a remark may require further correction or exclusion of a particular placement. 5. Features, notices and support 5.1. The cabinet provides authorised catalogue, reports, statuses, documents, support and settings. Analytics reflects available reports and guarantees neither income nor promotion results. Opening a marketing, Pro, advance or marketplace page creates no service: separate services require defined terms and explicit orders. Payments follow the Licence Agreement. 5.2. Legally significant messages use the cabinet or verified contact email; users keep contacts current. Support requests identify page, action, time and error without passwords, codes or payment secrets. Rights complaints are accepted at legal@divinemusicgroup.net without registration. DMG requests relevant information only, never passwords. 6. Breaches and restrictions 6.1. For security threats, infringement, false authority, binding requirements or material breaches, DMG may restrict the affected function, return material or end affected placement as necessary. An urgent measure may precede notice; DMG then gives grounds, scope and remedy unless disclosure is unlawful or creates a threat. Measures do not appropriate catalogue or funds. 6.2. Users may submit explanations/evidence and request reconsideration. DMG revisits measures when their basis ends. Manipulation, related payments and adjustments follow the Anti-Fraud Policy and Licence Agreement; technical faults do not automatically impose financial sanctions. Ending access preserves necessary evidence, accounting and lawful remedies. 7. Maintenance and liability 7.1. DMG takes reasonable steps to operate the service, preserve data and remedy faults. Planned work is announced beforehand where practicable; emergency work is communicated as reliable information becomes available. Maintenance, connectivity and external services may interrupt operation; continuity and every-device compatibility are not guaranteed. Each party answers for its obligations under law and contract. Non-excludable liability and deliberate breach are not excluded. 8. Editions, termination and disputes 8.1. Material changes require explicit confirmation of the new edition; continued use is not acceptance. Unchanged documents need no new confirmation on sign-in, language change or release upload. One changed document replaces neither other decisions nor prior accounting. Users may cease use; music distribution ends separately through Delete track under the Licence Agreement. 8.2. Raise disagreements through support or legal@divinemusicgroup.net with the issue and requested remedy. Russian law applies; mandatory rights, judicial remedies and statutory jurisdiction remain.
