1. Separate paid access

1.1. The contracting party and personal data operator is Divine LLC, Russia (ООО «Дивайн», DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030. Address: apartment 37, building 24, Severo-Zapad 2 quarter, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, 456234, Russia. General Director Gleb Stanislavovich Chashchikhin acts under the Charter. 1.2. Pro provides separately paid AI tools. Before purchase the user sees specific features, limits, access period, price and renewal terms. These general conditions do not invent a price or tool set or initiate a subscription or paid AI request.

2. Changes and renewal

2.1. DMG may change prices for future purchases and subsequent agreed periods. Already paid price and access remain unchanged. A new price is disclosed and accepted before renewal. Automatic debits require separate explicit consent and electronic cancellation in the cabinet. Offer acceptance alone does not authorise debits.

3. Ending access and data

3.1. Declining Pro does not block royalties, documents or basic functions. The order discloses performance, cancellation and lawful refunds. AI outputs do not guarantee commercial success; users check permitted use. Data sent to an AI provider and its legal grounds are disclosed before the operation; personal documents and payment details are not automatically included.
