Promotional Material Copyright Permission ООО «Дивайн» Edition of 21 October 2026. Divine LLC (Russia). Russian is the original. 1. Lawful supply of materials 1.1. The contracting party and personal data operator is Divine LLC, Russia (ООО «Дивайн», DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030. Address: apartment 37, building 24, Severo-Zapad 2 quarter, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, 456234, Russia. General Director Gleb Stanislavovich Chashchikhin acts under the Charter. Contact: legal@divinemusicgroup.net. 1.2. The supplier of specifically listed promotional materials confirms authority to provide the necessary non-exclusive permission for worldwide advertising use until withdrawal. A supplier who holds the rights grants that permission; otherwise the right holder and the basis of their permission covering these purposes and contractors are identified. Without authority, the right holder's permission is required: an artist's checkbox cannot replace it. DMG acquires no exclusive copyright in the photograph and requires no separate assignment agreement for basic distribution. Appearing in a photograph does not establish copyright, and a declaration is not automatic rights verification. Unidentified files and folders are not covered; subsequent materials are separately attached within the framework permission. 2. Uses and limits 2.1. Reproduction, distribution, public display, making available and incorporation into advertising layouts are permitted for the artist, releases and DMG brand, platform, services and events through the channels stated in image consent. Technical adaptation and contractors are limited to those purposes and respect the author's moral rights. Authorship is not transferred; attribution is agreed on delivery. AI training, digital replicas and unrelated product advertising are not authorised. 3. Termination and independent consents 3.1. Withdrawal through the cabinet or legal@divinemusicgroup.net stops new use; controlled publications and contractor instructions are handled as required by law. Separate consent of the depicted person and an independent basis for disseminating personal data are required. This licence is not accepted through a mandatory music-distribution checkbox. 4. Subsequent materials and independent decisions 4.1. The framework permission concerns the identified person and listed purposes. After granting it, users may separately supply new identified photos and videos of the same person through the cabinet's promotional-material section or a specific file link. The exact file, version or checksum, source and relation to the current permission are recorded. Re-signing the whole package is unnecessary if the person, purposes, scope and necessary copyright authority have not changed. A release upload, private document or entire linked folder is never automatically included. 4.2. Likeness consent, copyright permission and personal-data dissemination consent are independent decisions. A refusal is retained, does not prevent basic distribution and is not replaced by silence. Representatives identify the signer, person and authority; a label account alone confers no such authority. Permission review does not replace identity, other-rights or authority checks. After withdrawal, new materials do not restore permission; another person or new purposes require a new independent basis.
