Voluntary Consent to Use a Person's Image ООО «Дивайн» Edition of 21 October 2026. Divine LLC (Russia). Russian is the original. 1. Person, materials and purposes 1.1. The contracting party and personal data operator is Divine LLC, Russia (ООО «Дивайн», DMG), INN 7404072540, KPP 740401001, OGRN 1207400004030. Address: apartment 37, building 24, Severo-Zapad 2 quarter, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region, 456234, Russia. General Director Gleb Stanislavovich Chashchikhin acts under the Charter. Contact: legal@divinemusicgroup.net. 1.2. The depicted person voluntarily permits use of their likeness solely in separately selected promotional photographs and videos supplied through the cabinet or a specific link with a file list. Purposes are promotion of the artist and releases and the DMG brand, platform, services and events. The person, materials and scope are identified; a representative cannot consent for an artist without actual authority. A minor requires proper involvement of a legal representative. 2. Channels and adaptation 2.1. Worldwide, free of charge and until withdrawal, permitted channels are websites, apps, social media, digital advertising, presentations, print, posters, video, billboards, media facades and advertising screens. Cropping, retouching, resizing, background changes, layouts and purpose-limited contractors are allowed without approval of every layout or placement. Defamatory use and use beyond the agreed purposes are prohibited. This permission does not allow distortion, attributed statements, unrelated product advertising, AI training or digital replicas. 3. Separate rights and withdrawal 3.1. The depicted person's consent does not replace the photographer's copyright licence or separate consent to disseminate personal data. Passport scans, verification selfies, payment documents and unrelated linked files are excluded. Consent is not a basic distribution requirement. Withdrawal is made through the cabinet or legal@divinemusicgroup.net; DMG stops new use, removes controlled publications and instructs contractors as required by law. Withdrawal is not represented as the technical ability to instantly recall already distributed print copies. 4. Subsequent materials and independent decisions 4.1. The framework permission concerns the identified person and listed purposes. After granting it, users may separately supply new identified photos and videos of the same person through the cabinet's promotional-material section or a specific file link. The exact file, version or checksum, source and relation to the current permission are recorded. Re-signing the whole package is unnecessary if the person, purposes, scope and necessary copyright authority have not changed. A release upload, private document or entire linked folder is never automatically included. 4.2. Likeness consent, copyright permission and personal-data dissemination consent are independent decisions. A refusal is retained, does not prevent basic distribution and is not replaced by silence. Representatives identify the signer, person and authority; a label account alone confers no such authority. Permission review does not replace identity, other-rights or authority checks. After withdrawal, new materials do not restore permission; another person or new purposes require a new independent basis.
