1. Separate decision

1.2. The person separately selects their data permitted for dissemination: agreed promotional photographs, stage name and information tied to the particular publication. The exact list, materials, publication resources, purposes, term until withdrawal, conditions and prohibitions are recorded in a separate form before confirmation. Silence, sending a file and accepting an offer do not constitute dissemination consent. Unselected data is not published on this basis.

2. Restrictions and termination

2.1. Identity documents, verification selfies, payment details and third-party data are excluded. The person may set restrictions and withdraw through the cabinet or legal@divinemusicgroup.net; the operator stops dissemination and takes legally required measures concerning recipients. Withdrawal does not mean losing basic royalties or distribution. Photograph copyright and image consent are independently established.
