Anti-Fraud and Claims Procedure ООО «Дивайн» Edition of 21 October 2026. Divine LLC (Russia). Russian is the original. 1. Purpose and prohibited conduct 1.1. This Anti-Fraud Policy is an integral appendix to Divine LLC's licence offer. Artificial activity means organised conduct distorting genuine listener interest and remuneration: bots, scripts, account farms, coordinated payout-driven playback loops, purchased guaranteed plays, chart positions or other activity prohibited by the platform. Users must neither buy these services nor instruct managers, sublabels or contractors to use them. 1.2. Impersonating a right holder or payee, appropriating content or remuneration, false authority or documents, deliberately falsifying metadata, reports, splits, payment details or requests to obtain another's money, bypassing restrictions and recovering the same income twice are prohibited. Users check promotion terms and retain the order, correspondence and available contractor reports; suspected campaigns should be stopped and reported to DMG. 2. Different grounds for review 2.1. A platform-rule breach, rights dispute, data error and established fraud are distinct grounds. Ordinary advertising, viral growth, repetitive musical passages, genre or AI use alone do not prove fraud. Unrelated parties may manipulate activity without the artist's knowledge. A platform's exclusion of artificial activity from accounting does not automatically establish user fault or liability for every loss. 2.2. DMG manually compares received partner messages, reports, catalogue information, action history and user explanations, and may request partner clarification or evidence of specific rights and transactions. Review conclusions rest on relevant evidence and explanations, not presumed guilt. 3. DSP or aggregator notification 3.1. Receipt by DMG of a DSP or delivery aggregator notification of manipulation, artificial activity or another content-related violation is sufficient to initiate review and temporarily suspend related payments. Notification may be an email, partner-portal message, report, API message or another used partner channel. A prior judgment, expert opinion, separate investigation certificate or DMG's independent proof is not required. 3.2. DMG retains the message or records its source, date, substance and identifiable content. This is an internal record of the grounds, not a requirement for another platform certificate. Notification is not a final finding of guilt and gives no unconditional right to appropriate a balance. 4. Scope of temporary measures 4.1. DMG may temporarily suspend payment of accrued remuneration and subsequent receipts attributable to the content under review. Scope is tied to the track or release, platform, period and amount so far as known. If the amount is unspecified, DMG identifies the provisional scope and calculation basis, seeks clarification and revises the restriction when information arrives. Unaffected amounts are not blocked without separate grounds. 4.2. An account-wide or broader funds restriction needs separate explainable grounds, such as payee substitution, account compromise or a requirement covering that scope. DMG selects necessary, proportionate measures. Disputed accruals remain in reporting; a temporary hold is not an accrual adjustment or final deduction. 5. Notice, duration and objections 5.1. DMG notifies the cabinet or contact email of the grounds, known objects, provisional scope, review start and explanations needed, except information whose disclosure is unlawful or infringes third-party rights. Users may submit explanations, rights or promotion evidence, third-party interference information and objections to scope through the cabinet or legal@divinemusicgroup.net. Only relevant material is required. 5.2. Initial review lasts up to 30 calendar days from its start. This is an agreed contractual period, not a statutory investigation deadline. A reasoned extension pending a platform reply, necessary documents or dispute resolution may continue until review concludes. DMG explains the reason and next step, updates status at least every 30 calendar days and lifts the measure when its basis ends. Indefinite unexplained extensions are not permitted. 6. Outcome and accounting 6.1. DMG communicates the outcome and calculation: release and payment, a confirmed platform adjustment to attributable income, recovery of an attributable overpayment or other lawful action. Users may challenge the decision, request reconciliation and seek judicial remedies. User silence alone does not convert the entire balance into DMG income. 6.2. A platform penalty, expenses or losses are recoverable only on a specific contractual and lawful basis, an established connection to the violation and a clear calculation, taking circumstances and user responsibility into account. There are no arbitrary penalties 'equal to or greater than income', automatic appropriation of the balance or double recovery. Ending distribution does not end an existing review or accounting for past use, but creates no new perpetual licence.
